We deliver our products worldwide, carefully packed, by DHL or UPS International courier with insured shipping method. During the check out process, once the shipping address is inserted, shipping cost is calculated according to packaging weight and volume. The parcel’s tracking number is sent by email from UPS / DHL courier, who is also incharged of the whole delivery process. The courier organizes the delivery trought the client’s phone number.
You will need proof of purchase to make a return. Goods can only be returned if they are intact. After verifying the condition of the returned product, a customer service representative at the Glass Heritage Centre stationary store will assess whether the product meets the return conditions described in the Returns Regulations. If the goods are in their original packaging, a full refund will be made to the same means of payment used to make the purchase up to 14 days from the date of issue/delivery.
Withdrawal from a remote agreement, according to the Regulations of Remote Provision of Services, can be made within 14 days at the GHC shop or send the products to the GHC shop address: 2 Blich Street, 38-400 Krosno, Poland.
